The Journey by gilad The Journey by gilad
Is everybody in?
Is everybody in?
Is everybody in?
The ceremony is about to begin.
WAKE UP!
You can't remember where it was
Has this dream stopped?

Hey, is anybody home
Has anybody wasted tears on
loneliness that everyone becomes

Is anybody low
Has anybody painted fear on
Bedroom walls that save us from...
"is anybody home"

hey :) interesting work man .. like it :)

But .. do you think you could have filled the dooropening with light with a even longer shutter? Think it's a bit sad that we can see just a part of the roof, think it would be even better if that was gone aswell .. if you understand ..

anyway man .. keep it up :)

The light was hard, and a longer shutter could have made it over exposed.
I was intrested in the texture and details of the ship, and my light metering is a resault of that.
Thank you!

Reminds me of my last day of highschool.. (: And yes, yes, nice shot and light and all that again lol. But I think the texture of the tiles adds to it a lot.

As said :above: Light is used very well in this photograph. I love the way that he/she is looking on, and walking maybe into a new era of his/her life. It can be regarded in many ways, but thats how i see it. Its done quite casually aswell. You are expecting him/her to walk through, and that great expanse of darkness at the front to be flooded with light, you just know something big is about to happen.

I love the silohette effect on the person. And how when you look it brings you to the person. Great photo composition and light. Nicely done.

A familiar photo scenario, but probably the best I have seen, beautiful lighting giving great depth into the photo. (Wow look at me, almost sounding like I know what i'm talking about)

In other words, nice shot.
