Usually I invite you to take a look at my picks from the last week, and this time I would also like you to share with me and everybody.
Feel free to suggest any piece you like, with these limitation:
1. Must be photography.
2. Must be from the past week- 10 days, but not something submitted in the last 3 hours.
3. Must have less than a 150 page views
4. You must add a short critique of your own of why you love this piece, and what makes it special (more than "I really like it, it's very nice")
That's it.
It can even be one of your pieces, as long as it by these rules. Simply add a link, and tell us why you like the piece.
I think that this will open further opportunities for unknown artists.
So now, straight and to the point, lets see some works, that not enough people have seen. I promise that the best 5 pieces suggested will be featured in my next journal. From what I've seen, that would really be helpful for the artists you suggest, and can give them a real boost.

This is a wonderful shot, filled with beauty and atmosphere. I love the tones and composition, and of course I like the view too.

This can be an add for a piano brand. The classic feeling of a "high society" event cpmes to mind. Smart crop and great use of light and silhouettes.

The composition is just perfect in this shot. Reminds me very much of my own work (sorry for sticking my self into others critique...)
It's a wonderful Infra Red capture, from a great angle, and with a unique subject for Infra. Wonderful work!

The colours and strong tones covers this piece in a dream state.
You look at it, and you feel like you are sleeping in the wheat, closing your eyes with the sun. Simply loose yourself in the warm sunset feeling.

This lifts the beautiful picture into the level of a story.
You drift into the mind of the photographer and imagine his intention.

Does it make any sense that a picture like that got only 36 pageview in a week?
It's an honor for be to be able to present such a classic piece for you, and give it at least some of the attention it deserves.
The colours, prespective, atmosphere... This can easily be the cover of a "National Geographic" Issue.

Amazing piece. Simply amazing.
This has more pageviews than I usually recommend, but it's so beautiful, it deserves much more. Take the time needed for you to really learn this one. It's like a painting. The reflection and remarkble sky paints the world in a way you rarely see. Superb photograph. One you should hang on a wall.

This is brilliant.
I love the post processing and colours that makes it look unique, but what really drew me to this, is the idea. The two are sitting together in the frame, sharing the spotlight together, but each one seperated from the other.
Notice the body language. Each on a different bench. It's also a little sexy in my opinion, and I'm not sure why...
As I said, deep and brilliant.

Brilliant use of the reverse composition. The reflection as the main subject is throwing the illusion of something wierd. It takes a second, what makes it really good.
I love the tones and the clean work.
