Artist's CommentsFive o'clock at the old Jaffa port, Beating the sun to the scene While most of us are dreaming, The world seems like a part of a dream. The ships are still sleeping while the world awakes around them White herons mark white dots I go through to complete the picture The sun light up the scene with gold tones of royalty And I know one thing I could never have dreamed a dream as beautiful, as this 5 o'clock reality *** I submitted a higher resulotion of this one, so you can see the details. Take time to do it. Watch in full view. This is an *HDR from 3 exposures to get the best possible documentation of that beauty. Taken with a sigma 10-20mm with a tripod and fixed aparture, different shutter speeds. G *HDR = High Dynamic Range. This is a lighting procedure designed to emulate the way that light levels in the real world vary over an enormous range. You basicly put a number od different dynamic range together, and increase the range. |
