From the womb to the tomb
Have you ever wondered
What world will be left behind
Once we are doomed

In the day all hope is lost
Will new life emerge from the ruins?
As a silent proof
Life is stronger than the living

****

I hope you feel this one.
It was hard to get to this location.
Still, once I spotted it, while driving, I knew I had to go there.
I waited for a good 'sky' for InfraRed and drove there.
Just off the Highway, near Hadera.
I had to park the car in a gas station, and walk for about 2 miles.
I hope you think it was worth it. I do.

Infra Red shot.
2 seconds exposure at F22
28mm Nikon lens + Hoya R72

The truth of Life is still around with the iris sealed shut.

Life still looks beautiful when the iris is far from open.

Just to let you know, this picture astounds me. I started working on a piece of fiction this month, and browsing for inspiration here, I can honestly say that this fits what I have written SCARILY well. Your sky is amazing, and I love the contrast between the pure white tree and the destruction surrounding it.

Keep up the good work. (Even though I know this was a long time ago.)

I would like to feature this in a photography article on SD magazine.com -- you will be credited along with a link back to your deviant profile, and the article is going up soon, so if you would like to have this piece removed (it is outside of dA) just note me and i'll take it off ASAP.

Beautiful piece. Been on my favorites for a while. :)
