From the womb to the tomb
Have you ever wondered
What world will be left behind
Once we are doomed

In the day all hope is lost
Will new life emerge from the ruins?
As a silent proof
Life is stronger than the living

****

I hope you feel this one.
It was hard to get to this location.
Still, once I spotted it, while driving, I knew I had to go there.
I waited for a good 'sky' for InfraRed and drove there.
Just off the Highway, near Hadera.
I had to park the car in a gas station, and walk for about 2 miles.
I hope you think it was worth it. I do.

Infra Red shot.
2 seconds exposure at F22
28mm Nikon lens + Hoya R72

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
very cool. it looks like there was a storm or something that caused ruins and then a tree naturally sprung up and started life again. i dunno.
just out of curiosity: in general how do you find such wonderful things to photograph? do you come upon them, already know about them and then go photograph it, or hear about them from other people?
i think you have such a great, diverse, and original style of photography.
great shot.
Can't get enough of your beautiful infra-red creations.
Oh it was worth it!
I think all us photographers can relate to your search for original and interesting subject matter.
Another fantastic carefully constructed shot~

I just explained in the decribtion to this one ;-)
I drove by it, and when I noticed the tree and the ruins, I knew I had to shoot it.

Usually I jst take my camera to a general are, and search for intrsesting ideas.
I almost never plan a location, like in this one.
