The house of the broken sun by gilad The house of the broken sun by gilad

You may feel alone
It's a part of living
Here

Your live in winter
Waiting for the sun
To heal

Your dreams are locked
Inside a water cage
Drowning

You would give it all
To look at yourself from the
Outside

Maybe one day
You will move away
From the house of the broken sun

****

All reflection, no manipulation.
In the house of the broken sun
Jaffa, Israel.

stunning colours. one of the best reflection shots in here. they tend to get boring but this is beautiful. is that place actually called the house of the broken sun? what is it?

So crisp, wonderful textures and colours. I really like this reflection, how the lower left is swept away and how it in some parts look like dried paint. Truly surreal and fascinating, your photos captivate me to look at them for a while longer. Even though my computer loads so slow the fullviews. I don't know what to say about this. It just is wonderful and I like it. The colour palette, blue and yellow, the wonderful door to the house. Like it.

Your photos truly open a whole new world to me. To see glimpses of another culture through someone's eyes like this. It doesn't feel the same to see photos of some famous views. What really lets you into the culture is to see it through more personal photos. That's what makes your photos so great.
