Once there was a man, It was his job to paint the clouds.
It's an enormous responsibility with the whole world watching the sky all day long. Day dreaming while looking at his paintings, at the artistry of his soul spread on Gods canvas. One day the man ran out of red with which to paint the colors of the sunset. Knowing his responsibility the painter knew he had to paint the clouds red, he had to keep the dream alive. Left without a choice he used his own blood to paint the red in the clouds. The sky was filled with his blood melting into the white clouds. It was the most beautiful sunset ever seen. People stopped talking, stopped driving, stopped walking; they simply stood motionless, memorized by the beauty. God seeing such beauty was so impressed with the painters work that he wanted to compliment the painter, and he came upon him to find him bleeding, the brush in his feeble hands. "Why do you bleed?" asked god "I can't let the dreamers down, I must paint red with my blood" the painter answered "That's a noble act you are doing. From now on you will awarded with noble blood to paint the sky with" , with that God smiled upon the painter and his work And so, when you gaze at the sunset, know that you see the noble blood of the clouds painter, devoted to keep your dreams forever alive. Dream on. * This is a shoot I took at Tel-Aviv harbor * The photo is edited in PS in contrast and tone * The little story, is also mine (I hope you like it, though my English sucks) * Thank you to koruptid for working on my English mistakes, and fixing them |

We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life, is when men are afraid of the Light.
