I will run away from noting
Unless of course, I'm being chased... ***** One of my favourite motives. The classic shadow and light technique. I always shoot shadow shots about two hours to sunset, when the light is still strong, but the angle of the sun creates a very long shadow. I love the film noir atmosphere in this one. It was taken from a tall building in middle Tel-Aviv. I focsed on the crossing, that reflected the sun, and was the grighest thing on the street. The light metering allowed me to emphesize the contrast of light and dark contrast. The girl was running through the crossing, so I used the highest shutter speed to freeze her running, and get this under-exposed frame. I was very lucky to get this perfect timing.
