Artist's CommentsYou got the earth at your feet You have the air in your lungs You have the ocean on your side You have the animals at your service So how come you don't have the planet at your heart? You have only yourself to blame **** Tel Aviv, Israel. This time the poem is not one you can link to the image right away, I know. Somehow this one triggered me to the whole environment issue. Our planet is so beautiful, and we have it all to share and enjoy, but we keep destroying it, the ozone layer, extinct animals, pollution... At first I thought of taking it to the two women enjoying friendship and freedom, but somehow this issue took over in my head. Anyway, I hope this made you feel, no matter what you got out of it, that's the idea of taking art to a personal place. G |
