Artist's CommentsLight is turned on Slowly filling in the blanks Some slow movements and faded sounds Morning haze hides the last ones to wake Drops of morning dew covers every green spot A smell of nature coming alive, of fresh air This is the way to experience the world, As an early morning painting **** Make no mistakes, this is not a painting. This is a photograph of Haula lake (North of Israel) waking up to a hazy morning. The feeling that is described in my poem is what makes it feel like a painting to me. This is one of my favorites, and I actually have it at my home, on my bedroom wall, to always remind me what nature feels like when I wake up. |

I love the sereneness that this picture radiates. While the composition, as well as the almost monochromatic color scheme, is brilliant, I was immediately attracted to how textured the sky seems as well as the figures of those three birds.
This is a definite new favorite of mine.
