That moment before the sand dries seems to only last a second in real life, but you have made it feel eternally smooth. On one hand it captures perfectly that this is one still moment, and yet it feels as though it would stretch forever standing just so, the scenery pausing until you are done thinking.
In addition to the comments already expressed, I like this image because it speaks to me of reflection. To me the water symbolizes purity...or cleansing...its vastness resembles time. The lone figure against the translucent surface of the water and sand is beautiful.
